Register to Vote

A REGISTERED VOTER MUST BE:

1. A U.S. Citizen
2. 18 years or older by Election Day
3. A resident of the State of Ohio for at least 30 days before the election
4. A resident of Hamilton County and the precinct where you vote

Absentee Voting

Effective January 27, 2006, voters are entitled to Vote by Absentee Ballot if they are registered to vote in Ohio

Absentee Voting is a 3-step process:

1. The voter must request a ballot in writing, with a current signature.
2. After the request is received at the Board, the voter is mailed a ballot.
3. The voter returns the voted ballot to the Board of Elections before the polls close on Election Day.
