Putting an end to homelessness in Cincinnati and Hamilton County

On August 23, 2010 City Manager Milton Dohoney, Jr., Councilmembers Chris Bortz, Laure Quinlivan and Wendell Young, and dozens of advocates and service providers for the homeless joined Vice Mayor Qualls on a tour of the two Permanent Supportive Housing sites developed by National Church Residences (NCR) in Columbus: The Commons at Grant and The Commons at Buckingham, which opened this summer.
