Cincinnati awarded a $2.4 million Community Challenge Planning Grant

In October 2010, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded Cincinnati a $2.4 million Community Challenge Planning Grant to develop a land development code that will include form-based codes. The grant, the 4th largest award in the country, includes funding for the community visioning process, or city-wide charrette, that will provide the basis for the development of Cincinnati's form-based code.
